The Villa

The careful restoration has allowed us to preserve many characterizing elements which are coordinated and combined with modern and essential furnishings, designed to guarantee discretion and comfort at the highest levels.

The villa welcomes you in a spacious lounge area, where you can relax while reading a book or sipping a good glass of Sicilian wine. In summer it is a place of pleasant refreshment during the hottest hours of the day; in winter it is a welcoming place in which to enjoy the warmth of the rooms with soft lights and ancient walls with exposed stone.

The very large veranda makes your stay pleasant in every season, with a dining area super panoramic and a splendid and huge kitchen island with a view, equipped with high quality crockery and every kitchen tool for chef preparations.

An internal staircase gives access to the exclusive 300m2 terrace sea view, with sunbathing area and lounge area from which to admire the enchanting surrounding landscape and dedicate yourself to relaxation. The fitness area it is an opportunity to keep fit with healthy movement, supported on request by our specialized trainers. You can relax sipping a coffee and admiring the gulf of Scopello and, when the sun goes down, the terrace spaces become the magical setting for a gourmet dinner, prepared on request by our chefs in the outdoor kitchen, enchanted by the magic of an ever-present starry sky, an unforgettable panorama and the warm African wind that gently caresses the skin.

 

The villa has four suites, divided into Sea View Suite and Country View Suite, designed for those seeking the comfort of large spaces, pervaded by light and imbued with history and romantic details, linked to the recovery of spaces and stone walls originals of the villa.

More than 20 m2 in size, the suites have a private bathroom with large shower and designer bathroom fixtures, air conditioning in summer and heating in winter for maximum comfort.

 

The garden surrounds the swimming pool area, where you can cool off on hot summer days and relax lulled by the wind in the comfortable deckchairs, in the shade of refreshing umbrellas. The outdoor shower, positioned next to the swimming pool, looks out towards the sea and the surrounding nature.

The villa is only 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches and coves of Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello.

The Zingaro Nature Reserve can be reached in just 10 minutes by car and all the main attractions are no more than 40 minutes away (Temple of Segesta, 15 minutes - Marsala, 40 minutes - Erice, 35 minutes - San Vito Lo Capo, 35 minutes - Mazara del Vallo, 40 minutes - Trapani and the Saline, 30 minutes - Palermo, 40 minutes - boarding for the Egadi islands, 30 minutes + 30 minutes of navigation to Favignana).

Starting on foot from the villa, it is possible to take beautiful panoramic walks and treks, immersed in nature.
